Low Carb Chocolate Muffins. To a mixing bowl, add eggs, classic monk fruit sweetener, heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, vanilla extract, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Spoon mixture into individual muffin tins or cups.
Blend the mixture on high until well combined and the avocado has liquidised. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, monkfruit, cocoa powder, peanut butter powder, eggs, butter, water, vanilla extract, and baking soda. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk almond flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder.
Mix all dry ingredients together thoroughly.
Mix in the melted butter, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. I also wanted a sugar free muffin that my kids would eat with no hesitation. Add in the sour cream and vanilla extract, then pour in the melted butter.
