Gradually add the flour mixture, scraping down the sides, if necessary. Thoroughly grease the cake pans with shortening. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Place the cake mix, dry instant pudding mix, sour cream, extract, eggs, oil, and coconut milk in a mixing bowl.
Mix up cake according to package directions and add coconut extract.
Prepare cake mix as directed by manufacturer, adding almond extract. Pour the cake mix into a large mixing bowl, then sift or whisk to get rid of the lumps. Line the pans with wax paper, then grease and lightly flour.
